Requests and reservations for activities offers by professionals of ESI MEGEVE are made by phone, by our website, by fax, by post, by visit in our offices.
If you book and pay the activities of the professionals of ESI MEGEVE, you are agreeing our terms and conditions.

Following your request, we send you our booking form according our availabilities.
Your booking will be definitive upon receipt of the total amount paid.
We old on an option for max 15 days.

1. Rates
Our rates are introduce on our website, on our booking form, as well as on the different documents for our communication    

2. Payment  
Your booking will be definitive upon receipt of the total amount paid.
This booking proposal is just an option, without confirmation by the payment, this option will be cancelled.
A modification request of the reservation is considered as a  cancellation and a new request.

4. Cancellation
In case of cancellation, the total amount already paid will be refund if the request is done:

72 hours before the daily booking

72 hours before the first day of the Group class

48 hours before the private lessons.

Only requests of written cancellation will be accepted.

ESI MEGEVE is not responsible for cancellations for independent reasons of its will.
ESI MEGEVE is not responsible if the reserved monitor is not available at last moment.
ESI MEGEVE promise to replace the monitor to assure the booking, the lessons won't be refunded.
If we cannot replace the monitor, lessons will be refunded.
Save this case, the lessons won't be refunded.

5. Group class
The group class will stay scheduled with a minimum of 4 children per group.
The customer is responsible for the choice of technical level.
We can change for another group if they are not full.

6. Insurance
Our rates do not included your personal insurance.
ESI MEGEVE might be able to be responsible if you don't have personal insurance.

7. Ski pass
Our rates do not included your ski pass.

8. Responsibility
ESI MEGEVE might not be responsible for accident intervened on courses practiced with legal authorization.

9. Litigation
Litigation must conform to French jurisdiction and to French law.
